Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) is seeking an exceptional Debug Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for rapid root-cause analysis and tooling development across AI infrastructure deployments.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Architecture, and customer teams to ensure reliable AMD platforms. You will mentor engineers, drive data-driven debugging practices, and foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex system-level issues at scale in hyperscale and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• Multiple years leading technical teams and customer debug efforts.
• Deep expertise debugging servers, firmware, drivers, and software at scale.

Mansioni

• Lead and grow a team of debug engineers across hyperscale and HPC deployments.
• Manage daily debug with Cloud/Enterprise AI customers and remote datacenters.
• Own debug lifecycle end to end: triage, root cause, resolution, prevention.
• Standardize data capture: telemetry, logs, and out-of-band access.
• Automate recurring cases into checks and playbooks.
• Translate field findings into fixes and test coverage.
