Job summary

Artefact is seeking a Director of AI & Data Consulting to steer the US consulting practice, delivering measurable business impact through data and AI programs. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, win engagements, and rapidly prototype client ideas using agentic AI tools in client rooms.

You will drive consulting excellence, commercial growth, and the development of people, combining deep AI literacy with practical delivery experience across industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as and advisor to client executives (CMO, CDO, CIO, CEO) on data and AI transformation.
• Win engagements: develop the client portfolio and grow the US commercial pipeline.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts; coordinate with Artefact's global offices.
• Ensure delivery meets Artefact's quality bar with measurable impact.
• Shape AI and data strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and adoption programs.
• Guide clients from GenAI pilots to production-grade, governed AI adoption, including agentic AI and AI-native ways of working.
