As a leader blending consulting excellence with deep AI literacy, you will shape data strategies and adoption programs, guiding clients from GenAI pilots to scalable, governed AI transformations.

Qualifications

• Executive-level client leadership experience.
• Experience guiding AI transformations across enterprise.
• Strong ability to prototype AI concepts in client rooms.
• Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary consulting teams.
• Business development and portfolio growth capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary trusted advisor to client executives on data and AI transformation.
• Win engagements by developing client portfolio and proposals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate global offices when needed.
• Ensure delivery creates measurable impact beyond recommendations.
• Shape AI and data strategies, roadmaps, and adoption programs.
• Guide clients from GenAI pilots to production-grade, governed AI adoption.
• Maintain current knowledge of data, marketing, and tech ecosystems.
• Develop vertical expertise (e.g., CPG, retail, finance, healthcare).
• Prototype with agentic tools to bring ideas to life in pitches and workshops.
