We’re Hiring: Director of Agency Sales | Lighting Industry

Location: Remote, prefer Midwest or East, near a major airport

Full-Time

Are you a strategic sales leader with a strong track record in the lighting industry? We’re looking for a Director of Agency Sales to drive our national channel strategy, expand our agency network, and lead growth through trusted industry relationships.

At Linmore LED, we’re known for innovative solutions in commercial and industrial lighting and wireless controls. Now, we’re ready to take our channel partnerships to the next level — and we need the right leader to make it happen.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, grow, and manage our agency and distributor network across North America
  • Develop and execute a winning channel sales strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams
  • Analyze performance metrics, forecast growth, and report to executive leadership
  • Travel to key markets (approx. 50%) to support and grow relationships

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years in channel sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, or adjacent industries
  • A strong network of rep agencies and distributors
  • Deep industry knowledge and the ability to speak the customer’s language
  • Excellent teaching, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
