Commercial Lines Insurance Manager / Agency Operations

Location: Northern/Central, NJ

Growing regional Insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Agency Operations Manager to oversee a team of Commercial Lines Account Managers and run the day-to-day Operations. This office needs a skilled leader to develop and train staff, manage workflows, and establish processes and procedures. Ideally seeking a hands-on leader with strong strategic thinking, and decision making skills to perform at a high level. Key responsibilities include managing staff, aligning team goals with the agency’s vision, and improving current processes. We are offering a competitive salary, with bonus incentives and generous healthcare benefits.

Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of supervisory/management experience from an independent agency.
• 2-10+ years of Commercial Account Management experience.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.

Salary based on experience. Targeting a base around $150,000 with a generous bonus structure to bring total comp into the high 100's to low 200's.
