Lead the Future of Affordable Housing in Columbia

The Columbia Housing Authority is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented professional to serve as its Director of Affordable Housing Development and Asset Management.

Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, this position plays a key role in advancing affordable housing development initiatives and overseeing the long-term asset management of CHA's existing housing portfolio.

The Director will manage complex projects, coordinate financing and development activities, cultivate partnerships, and monitor the financial, physical, and regulatory performance of CHA's affordable housing portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and project manager with financial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to translate strategic priorities into successful outcomes.

Candidates with experience in affordable housing, real estate development, project management, grant administration, finance, community development, public administration, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
