AECOM Advisory is seeking a Director or Associate Director to expand our Advisory business with a focus on the US West Region (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Chicago). You will drive business development, oversee engagement delivery, and shape practice development while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
• Typically at least 8 years Management Consulting or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: 12 years of related industry experience.
• MBA, or other Master’s degree in Operational Research, Management, Management Science, Finance, Economics, Systems Engineering and/or related fields.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development in the US West Region and oversee engagement delivery.
• Coordinate proposal responses as Capture Manager with multi-team input.
• Lead delivery teams of 5-8 consultants and senior consultants.
• Manage client interactions with senior stakeholders and C-suite where applicable.
• Provide guidance on analytical workstreams and ensure quality of deliverables.
