KPMG LLP is seeking a Director, Adversarial Testing Program Leader to join our Enterprise Security Services organization in Montvale, NJ. The role leads adversary emulation, offensive security assessments, and penetrations across the enterprise to strengthen detection and response capabilities.

You will oversee network, infrastructure, and application testing, partner with defensive and engineering teams, and guide strategic security initiatives aligned with risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in information security with emphasis on adversarial testing, DAST/SAST, and penetration testing.
• Master's degree highly desired; Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with ability to guide and motivate a specialized team and convey complex security concepts clearly.
• Expertise in managing purple team operations, DAST/SAST, and penetration testing with up-to-date adversarial testing tools and practices.
• Strategic thinking and ability to lead security strategy and operations within a large, complex organization.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future; no sponsorship available.
