Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Director of Advanced Data Analytics and Insights to lead the delivery of cloud-based BI platforms using Tableau, Snowflake, and related tools.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive data-driven decision making, and ensure scalable analytics implementations within a financial services environment. The role emphasizes governance, semantic modeling, and end-to-end BI platform operations, with a strong focus on regulatory alignment and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT/IS/Chemistry or related field with 6 years’ experience in cloud BI and Tableau in financial services.
• Or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT/IS/Chemistry with 4 years’ experience in cloud BI and Tableau in financial services.

Responsabilités

• Provide recommendations on improving customer experience by analyzing cross-channel data.
• Surface ideas to drive stronger business outcomes and inform strategy.
• Perform model evaluation, tuning, and ensure scalable deployment of analytics techniques.
• Translate finance reporting constructs into governed data models and ensure regulatory alignment.
