StrataTech is seeking a Director of Admissions to oversee all Admissions operations at the Atlanta campus, reporting to the Campus President. You will lead a team of admissions representatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive recruitment targets and growth.

Bachelor's degree and minimum two years' experience in Admissions or related field.
Bachelor's degree and minimum ten years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer admissions standards to achieve targets through a team of admissions representatives.
Ensure admissions operations comply with local, state and federal regulations and company policies.
Monitor leads and manage admission targets; promote growth via community organization liaisons.
Provide ongoing coaching and motivation to admissions staff to meet objectives and drive revenue.
Lead planning, directing, and evaluating staff; handle performance and discipline as needed.
Lead execution of business plan, manage expenses and other managerial functions.
Develop and execute campus-level recruitment strategy to support growth and profitability.
Organize orientation seminars, open houses, and student awards days.
