Qualifications

• Four-year degree in organizational/ business/public administration and six years of admin/ management experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships with tact.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices including regulations.
• Good judgement and decision-making within established procedures.
• English proficiency; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership to HR, Marketing & Communications, Community Outreach & Mobility, and Administration.
• Oversee labor relations programs, contracts, policies, and grievance processes with HR Manager.
• Lead talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and wellness in collaboration with executives.
• Oversee records management and reporting to state and federal agencies.
• Develop and manage the Administration department budget and relationships with coworkers and customers.
