Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking a Center Director-level leader to supervise Finance, Administration, IT, Maintenance, and related departments to ensure compliant, cost-effective operation. You will develop budgets, manage capital funding, and coordinate with the Director Team to report to Government and Company policies.

The role requires at least five years in management with strong finance/budgeting experience, ensuring integrity of student data and contractual funds.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience with substantial experience in finance/budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and oversees Finance, Food Services, IT, Maintenance, Property, Purchasing, Student Records and Wellness departments/functions.
• Develops and manages Center administrative policies, procedures and services.
• Oversees programmatic and financial integrity, audits, reviews and compliance, ensuring no manipulation of data or misuse of funds.
• Provides required training for new and current employees.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
