• Oversee risk adjustment strategy, data analytics, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop actuarial analyses to support product development and growth opportunities.
• Provide executive-level insights to guide pricing, underwriting, and financial forecasting.
• Lead and mentor actuarial staff and improve processes and documentation.
