• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience leading month-end close and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop accounting staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and oversee a five-person team.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close with accurate reporting.
• Review general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Maintain accounting records' integrity and compliance with standards.
• Provide insights to ownership and senior leadership on financials.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, cash, payroll, fixed assets.
• Establish policies, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Coordinate audits and tax filings with external partners.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives.
