Formación

• 8+ years total experience, including 4+ years in audit, assurance, advisory or deals/FDD within a public accounting firm.
• 4+ years of industry experience in accounting or finance with progression.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB, and SEC/ASC rules.
• Adaptability to changing tech environments such as AI and RPA.

This role will focus on advancing your own development and career growth while supporting a client's efforts to build CFO-level skill sets. The client emphasizes mentorship and professional development, and is seeking a Director-level professional to join quickly in a Dallas-based role. Business development is not required, and travel is optional.

Key responsibilities may include leading or supporting audit, assurance, advisory, and/or deals-related workstreams, with experience across large public filers and high-value transactions. The Director will be expected to work with C-suite stakeholders, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and communicate clearly with senior audiences.

Qualifications include an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance, with a master's degree preferred, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Experience is expected to include 8+ years total, including 4+ years in audit, assurance, advisory, or deals/FDD within a public accounting firm, plus 4+ years of industry experience with progression in an accounting or finance capacity. The role requires strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB, and SEC/ASC rules and standards, along with demonstrated adaptability to changing technological environments such as AI and RPA, and the ability to thrive as an individual contributor or in a team setting.
