Job summary
Elevate Healthcare seeks a Director of Nursing Practice & Workforce Solutions to lead Clinical Educators supporting Elevate Learning Institute and drive clinical credibility, customer engagement, and growth. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will translate clinical needs into education and workforce strategies while partnering with Commercial and Marketing to expand opportunities.

Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Five or more years of progressive experience in nursing leadership, clinical education, simulation, or related roles.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing healthcare professionals.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practice, clinical competency, patient safety, and healthcare delivery.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate clinical needs into education and solution strategies.
- Experience managing budgets or revenue-generating programs.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead Clinical Educators supporting Elevate Learning Institute business-development activities; establish priorities, deployment, and development plans.
- Monitor team utilization, customer engagement, program performance, and financial results; suggest actions to improve impact.
- Develop educators' capability to deliver world-class education solutions improving learning and performance outcomes.
- Lead nursing practice and workforce initiatives addressing readiness, competency, and patient safety.
- Build relationships with healthcare, academic, EMS, nursing, simulation, and professional stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery and translate customer needs into clinical education and workforce strategies.
- Partner with Commercial to strengthen relationships and support growth opportunities.
- Support Marketing with clinical expertise and thought leadership involvement.
- Lead customer engagements, workshops, and business-development initiatives.
- Gather market and clinical insights to inform priorities and planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clinical quality and execution of Elevate initiatives.
- Support internal programs and talent planning.

The Director, Nursing Practice & Workforce Solutions leads Clinical Educators supporting Elevate Learning Institute business-development activities. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this role is accountable for assigned business performance, customer engagement, team development, and the advancement of nursing practice and workforce solutions. The Director uses clinical education, experiential learning, consulting, and thought leadership to strengthen Elevate's clinical credibility, deepen customer relationships, expand enterprise opportunity, and create growth across the company.
- Lead Clinical Educators supporting Elevate Learning Institute business-development activities; establish team priorities, deployment, performance expectations, and development plans to achieve assigned business objectives, financial targets, and growth priorities.
- Monitor team utilization, customer-engagement activity, program performance, and assigned financial results; recommend actions to improve impact, efficiency, and growth.
- Develop Clinical Educators' capability to deliver world-class, innovative education solutions that improve learning and performance outcomes, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth.
- Lead nursing practice and healthcare workforce-solution initiatives that address customer needs related to readiness, competency, professional development, team performance, patient safety, and practice improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare, academic, EMS, nursing, simulation, and professional‑association stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery and translate customer needs into relevant clinical, education, experiential‑learning, consulting, and workforce‑solution strategies.
- Serve as a clinical partner to Commercial by strengthening customer relationships, supporting business‑development opportunities, and sharing clinical and market insights that enhance team capability and solution conversations.
- Support assigned Marketing initiatives by providing clinical expertise, customer insight, content review, and participation in designated events and thought‑leadership activities.
- Lead assigned customer engagements, workshops, consulting engagements, conferences, and business‑development initiatives.
- Gather and communicate customer, market, and clinical insights to inform business‑development priorities, solution development, and organizational planning.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clinical quality, customer experience, and effective execution of assigned Elevate Learning Institute initiatives.
- Support internal programs, delegated representation, talent planning, and other organizational priorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.
This is a remote position.
- Current, unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Five or more years of progressive experience in nursing leadership, clinical education, professional development, simulation, healthcare consulting, workforce development, or a related healthcare leadership role.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing healthcare professionals.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practice, clinical competency, clinical education, workforce challenges, patient safety, and healthcare delivery.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, public‑speaking, written communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to translate clinical and workforce needs into practical education, consulting, and solution strategies.
- Demonstrated business acumen and experience managing budgets, revenue‑generating programs, service‑line financial performance, or business‑development targets, with the ability to drive growth, utilization, and financial results.
- Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer engagements, conferences, and business needs.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare simulation, healthcare education, or a healthcare‑industry organization.
- Experience partnering with Commercial, Marketing, customer success, consulting, or business‑development teams.
- Experience presenting at professional conferences or representing an organization externally.
- Certification in nursing leadership, nursing professional development, simulation, education, or another relevant specialty.
- Experience supporting hospitals, health systems, academic institutions, EMS agencies, or interprofessional clinical teams.
- Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Leads assigned Clinical Educators.
- Collaborates with clinical stakeholders, customers, Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and distributors.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, presenting, computer use, and virtual meeting participation.
- Ability to facilitate live and virtual customer engagements, workshops, consulting, and presentations.
- Occasional ability to transport demonstration materials, equipment, or supplies for customer meetings, workshops, conferences, or events.
