• Report to the Dean, Health Sciences and supervise nursing instructors and students.

Job Description

Full-time, year-round position to provide coordination, supervision, management and oversight for the operation of SFSC's Nursing Education Department. This position is currently eligible for supplemental compensation funding under the Florida Department of Educations' Linking Industry to Nursing Education (LINE) grant.

Requirements

• Educational: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Master's degree in Nursing from an institutionally accredited organization required. Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Experiential: At least five years of practice as an R.N. (two years of which should be in a health care institution) and three years of full-time nursing instruction or equivalent required. Related administrative/management experience preferred.
• Other: A current unencumbered Florida Registered Nursing License must be maintained.
