The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the surplus lines insurance market and strong leadership skills, including project management and team development. A bachelor's degree is required, along with a relevant professional designation preferred.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in the surplus lines commercial insurance market.
• Active surplus lines license or ability to obtain soon after hire.
• Broad understanding of P&C insurance practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute non-admitted strategy and capabilities.
• Oversee non-admitted business portfolio and performance metrics.
• Recruit and manage underwriting team as the book grows.
