Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a dynamic Director, NextCruise Sales, to lead a strategic sales channel driving future cruise bookings and guest engagement. The role oversees a 130-person team, partners across IT, Marketing, Loyalty, Revenue Management and shipboard leadership to deliver scalable, revenue-generating initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 7–10 years of progressive sales, commercial, or revenue-management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years leading high-performing sales or revenue-generating teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in complex operating environments.
  • Shipboard, hospitality, travel, cruise, or tourism industry experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance management, customer retention strategies, and revenue optimization principles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize future cruise bookings and revenue.
  • Lead loyalty initiatives to increase guest retention and lifetime value.
  • Establish goals, metrics, forecasting tools, and accountability structures for revenue targets.
  • Partner with Sales Analytics to translate trends into actionable strategies.
  • Drive onboard, digital, and cross-channel engagement for NextCruise adoption.
  • Oversee strategic projects involving digital sales capabilities and process improvements.
