Powers-Health's Community Hospital Neuroscience Administration is seeking a Director to lead the neuroscience service line. You will oversee disease-specific programming and coordinate with physicians, nursing, and staff to align care with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, quality and regulatory compliance, and mentorship. You will help standardize care delivery and drive innovation within the service line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare-related field (Nursing, Applied Health, or Health Sciences).
• Master's degree with a clinical focus on Advanced Practice Provider.
• 5 years of progressive neuroscience experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience or 3 years as Advanced Practice Provider in Neuroscience.
• Experience with Joint Commission regulatory standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and structures disease-specific programming for the neuroscience service line.
• Assist with strategic leadership to develop and expand clinical programs.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Provide liaison between staff, physicians, management, nursing and ancillary departments.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence through collaboration, mentorship, leadership, and scholarly engagement.
• Assess, evaluate, plan, and standardize clinical processes and delivery of care.
