The role directs patient care, IT systems, staffing, and quality initiatives across neuroscience services, aligning with organizational goals.

The incumbent will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, drive safety culture, manage resources, and collaborate across departments to optimize outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or Health Administration required.
• Nursing licensure if applicable.
• 10+ years of service line leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to initiate key projects and manage resources.
• Collaborative, multi-project management experience.
• Competency in financial analysis, outcomes management, and system thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with organization objectives.
• Directs and evaluates departmental operations including patient care delivery, information systems, service levels, and complaint management.
• Plans staffing, hires, orients, and conducts staff development initiatives.
• Prepares and monitors budgets; coordinates internal/external audits and ensures funding compliance.
• Meets population-specific competencies and department requirements.
• Promotes a Culture of Safety through adherence to policies and procedures.
