Job summary

Capital One in Deerfield, IL seeks a Business Director to own the strategic roadmap within our Network Risk Strategy and Intelligence team. You will advise senior leadership, blend strategic vision with rigorous analytics, and drive initiatives modernizing processes with data and AI.

You will lead multiple projects, mentor analysts, and collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations and Finance to improve quality, volume and profitability while shaping product and pricing strategies for lending products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 4+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Lead and develop analysts; coach and mentor associates.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies; lead data modeling/analytics.
• Lead marketing efforts and design customer experiences for new go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by linking drivers to historical behavior and testing hypotheses.
