Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Product Management for Network Product and Platforms Product Management. You will partner in transforming how millions of customers engage with their money by improving consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across platforms.

The role requires overseeing multiple product areas, leading cross-functional teams, and translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Proficiency in five key product management foundations: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support business goals and meet customer needs.
• Work across product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market.
• Use data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
