Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Director, Network Pricing & Market Planning to own pharmacy network financial performance across all lines of business. The role oversees reconciliation, MAC pricing, and guaranteed reimbursement outcomes, translating pricing strategies into measurable results.

You will lead Network Reconciliation and MAC Pricing teams, partner with Contracting, Underwriting, Finance and Analytics to align contracted terms with financial outcomes, and drive

Qualifikationen

7+ years of PBM, healthcare plan, or related experience.
3+ years of leadership experience delivering tangible results.
Experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, or network planning.
Experience supporting RFP pricing and competitive market analysis.
Prior matrix-management experience preferred.
Strong collaboration and compliance alignment.

Aufgaben

Lead Network Reconciliation to validate performance against contracted rates and pricing guarantees.
Own reconciliation outcomes across all lines of business with accurate settlements.
Monitor performance vs targets and drive corrective actions with contracting and pricing teams.
Ensure audit readiness, financial transparency, and governance across reconciliation activities.
Oversee MAC pricing with governance to meet enterprise financial goals.
