Job summary

Community Health Choice seeks a Director of Network Operations to provide strategic leadership for provider network operations, data integrity, and regulatory reporting. You will shape the operating model, governance standards, and performance metrics in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.

The role requires strong executive communication, data analytics, and change leadership to align priorities with organizational goals and ensure audit readiness and provider satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Ten+ years of progressively responsible experience in managed care or provider network operations, including at least five years in leadership.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, decision making, and change‑leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider network operations strategy, governance, and performance.
• Ensure accurate provider data integrity, regulatory reporting, and audits readiness.
• Develop and mentor staff; manage cross‑functional partnerships across departments.
