Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Director, Network Operations in Fort Lauderdale, FL to lead strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of a global enterprise network. You will oversee network operations, modernization efforts, security, and cloud connectivity across on-prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities include defining network strategy, driving KPIs and SLAs, building high-performing teams, managing budgets, and partnering with stakeholders and vendors to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure operations, or connectivity services
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise technology teams
• Expertise in enterprise networking, cloud connectivity, WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, network security, and infrastructure operations
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
