Job summary

Career Land Center is seeking a Director of Neonatal ICU for a combined pediatric and adult healthcare organization in Denver, CO. This role provides full operational leadership for a 40-bed Level IV NICU and supervises a team of about 60 FTEs, guiding evidence-based practice and quality improvement.

The candidate will partner with nursing leadership to ensure standards, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance while coordinating care with the Level II NICU.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in CO or multi-state required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• BSN degree is required; MSN or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care delivery for a 40-bed Level IV NICU.
• Lead a team of approximately 60 FTEs across the NICU and collaborate with Level II NICU.
• Establish clinical practice standards and ensure compliance with quality, licensing, and accreditation standards.
