Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development seeks a Director for the Division of Neighborhood Revitalization to oversee a portfolio of community development programs across Maryland, outside Baltimore City. You will manage grants, loans, and services from application to monitoring and provide technical assistance to local governments and nonprofits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ten years of experience in community development with stakeholder engagement, planning, and grant/loan administration.
• At least five years in a supervisory role or leading a team.

• Lead a team responsible for managing neighborhood revitalization programs across Maryland.
• Oversee grants, loans, projects and services from application to award and monitoring.
