Ataccama is seeking a seasoned leader to head North America Professional Services, overseeing delivery, strategy, and growth for the region. The role focuses on customer success, executive relationships, and scalable services in a fast-growing data management platform environment.

You will build a high-performing team, partner with Sales and Engineering, and drive AI adoption governance across engagements in North America. The position offers a hybrid/remote setup across the Eastern/Central USA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Professional Services leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling teams in a global environment.
• Experience scaling Services organizations in high-growth environments, with packaging for repeatability and scale.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across GTM, Sales, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and a compelling vision for the North America Professional Services organization.
• Execute a global services strategy that drives customer success, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee all Professional Services operations including delivery, onboarding, program management, training, and resource management.
• Develop and grow a high-performing team focused on customer success and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Product/Engineering leaders to ensure seamless customer engagements.
