Other duties as assigned. Ensures compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines. Conducts research studies and assessments, administers music therapy. Sets team and intern competencies and evaluates progress. Develops programs, operational tasks, and administrative duties. Evaluates ways creative arts therapies can benefit the organization. Leads in hiring credentialed arts therapists. Provides in-service and presentations to team members. Acts as a resource to team members. Participates in team and professional meetings, providing input on patient, family, staff, and program needs. Instructs interns to be effective members of the interdisciplinary team. Creates team schedules and unit/patient census assignments. Provides formal supervision, training, guidance, and mentorship to interns and team members. Relocation Bonus: $5,000
