Job summary

IREN is seeking a Director of Project Management in San Francisco to lead the execution layer of its modular construction program. You will drive PM, controls, and supplier logistics across multiple concurrent data center projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Key responsibilities include leading PM teams, improving governance, and partnering with engineering, procurement, and finance to optimize delivery timing and supplier readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction or program/project management with multi-project portfolios.
• Experience in supplier qualification, capacity planning, and logistics coordination for off-site components.
• Strong commercial acumen with cost controls, scheduling, and executive reporting experience.
• Experience building and leading PM, project controls, and supply chain/logistics teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP preferred.
• Experience in hyperscale data center development is highly valued and travel-ready.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical PMs across DfMA and mechanical/electrical scope to align schedules with modular design and fabrication.
• Resolve scope, interface, or schedule conflicts between manufacturing and construction teams.
• Own cost and schedule performance, directing cost-controls and schedule coordination.
• Oversee logistics sequencing and vendor capacity planning to meet pipeline demand.
