Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking a seasoned Director, MEP Fitout Construction to lead the mechanical, electrical, fire protection, life safety, security, instrumentation, and controls efforts for a large-scale data center in Haskell, Texas.

The role requires directing contractor performance, coordinating across multiple trades, and maintaining safety, schedule, cost, and quality standards with direct accountability to the Owner.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale data centers.
• Experience managing multiple direct trade contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for MEP fitout across a large data center project.
• Represent Owner with mechanical and electrical trade contractors in a multi-prime setting.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk are managed.
• Drive coordination across MEP installation and commissioning.
• Provide executive level reporting on progress and risks.
