A leading nonprofit organization is seeking a Director of Membership and Events to oversee member engagement and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in membership organizations, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of successful program implementation. Reporting to the President and CEO, the Director, Membership and Events is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies in membership acquisition and retention, as well as communications to current and potential members. The position requires a strategic thinker with deep operational experience who has a comprehensive understanding of membership organizations. This position is responsible for managing the annual Fly-in, member programs and excellent execution of their strategic plan, budget, and ensures outstanding customer service for members. The incumbent is part of a collaborative team working with all departments of N/MA to enhance the delivery of N/MA’s priorities. This position will supervise the Membership team.
