Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President for Medicare Inbound Contact Operations to lead a complex, multi-site contact center portfolio serving Individual and Group Medicare channels, including chat and digital options.

You will set strategic roadmaps, drive performance across Stars, NPS, cost transformation, and digital initiatives while building a high-performing internal and partner workforce across nearshore, offshore and internal teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in contact center or healthcare operations.
• Experience defining service excellence and multi-site strategy.
• Experience leading transformation and digital/automation initiatives.
• Governing outsourced or BPO operations across dispersed global delivery models.
