Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Director, Medical to lead medical content for our life sciences campaigns. You will ensure scientific accuracy, translate complex data into compelling narratives, and collaborate with creative and account teams to shape promotional materials.

The role requires MD/PhD/PharmD with 5+ years in science communications, plus knowledge of FDA regulations and a willingness to travel. You’ll partner with our medical team to drive strategic brand objectives.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD or PharmD required with 5+ years of experience in an agency or pharmaceutical industry supporting scientific communications, medical affairs or medical education.
• Ability to translate complex medical information into impactful advertising.
• Understanding of clinical practice and ability to interpret complex clinical data into stories (copy).
• Familiarity with FDA marketing regulations, AMA style and digital best practices.
• Willingness to travel is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Creative, Account and Planning teams to develop medical content across all media.
• Identify new medical advances and opportunities for disease state knowledge to drive promotional efforts.
• Analyze clinical data, perform literature searches, and participate in conferences.
• Engage with healthcare professionals, clients, and regulatory groups.
• Guide submissions for client medical/regulatory approval and incorporate feedback.
• Develop clinically cogent promotional materials aligned with brand objectives.
• Advance medical literacy across agency teams and inform on disease states and trials.
