Travel is expected as part of the position. The director will guide the development of promotional and KOL materials, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive disease-state knowledge

Qualifikationen

• MD, PhD or PharmD with 5+ years in medical communications or medical affairs in pharma/agency
• Ability to translate clinical data into compelling stories for diverse audiences
• Understanding of clinical practice and ability to perform literature searches
• Familiarity with FDA marketing regulations and AMA style

• Consult with Creative, Account and Planning teams to develop medical content across media
• Identify new medical advances to drive promotional efforts
• Analyze clinical data and perform literature searches
• Engage healthcare professionals and clients including regulatory groups
• Guide development of POVs and client recommendations
• Ensure medical communications meet marketing objectives
• Oversee creation of clinically cogent promotional and KOL materials
• Improve medical literacy across agency teams and educate on trials and treatments
• Support client regulatory submissions and incorporate feedback
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion
