Job summary

Blue Earth Diagnostics, Inc. seeks a Director, USMA - Oncology to lead medical affairs activities for oncology assets in the US. The role includes developing and executing medical strategies, supporting IITs, and maintaining relationships with national and international KOLs.

The incumbent will guide medical information oversight, collaborate with field teams, and represent USMA in clinical development and sponsor trials. Hybrid onsite work in Needham, MA is expected.

Qualifications

• Clinical care and research experience in BED's therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Pharma/Biotech Medical Affairs/R&D.
• Product launch experience is preferred.
• Understanding of clinical trials and FDA approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight of the BED IIT program.
• Represent USMA across company-sponsored trials and global development.
• Participate in multidisciplinary strategic planning (clinical development, R&D, regulatory, commercial).
• Serve as medical reviewer in PRC/MLR processes and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Oversee Medical Information function and respond to unsolicited medical information requests.
