Job summary

Mars United℠ Commerce is seeking a Director, Media Operations to lead budgeting, forecasting, billing, and ad operations in a complex, multi-agency setting. You will partner with Media Strategy & Activation, Finance Operations, and Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong analytics, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving process improvements while fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, billing, and forecasting processes across multiple media teams.
• Coordinate with Media Strategy & Activation, Finance Operations, and Corporate Accounting for billing and reporting.
• Improve and streamline paid media budget forecasts, actuals, and billing reconciliations.
• Support client reporting, ad-hoc analytics, and monthly close activities.
• Drive operational excellence and process adoption in a high-urgency environment.
