Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Director of Mechanical Manufacturing to lead and optimize mechanical and manufacturing functions across the organization. The role oversees controls, product development, floor operations, quality, procurement, safety, welding, and workforce management.

Responsibilities include driving Lean, safety, and continuous improvement while aligning with strategic business goals. Travel and long hours are required to manage multiple facilities and initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 15+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Travel 10-25% and work hours 6am–6pm, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Operations for a region with one or more facilities.
• Develop and lead the Manufacturing Operations team (leaders and front-line staff).
• Promote safety culture and OSHA compliance across operations.
• Plan and drive delivery of products/projects meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Collaborate with other Operations functions to implement new products and changes.
• Identify process improvements and streamline manufacturing workflows.
• Foster Lean principles and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Support change management initiatives using structured methods (e.g., ADKAR).
• Communicate effectively and align across all organization layers.
