Our PM Sports team provides a valuable service to our PM Agency Teams & Clients providing sports marketing expertise inclusive of identification and negotiation of brand partnerships, managing partnerships, and driving new business initiatives. We also provide measurement expertise within the sports ecosystem to provide a comprehensive understanding of ROI and impact of branding within all avenues.

Publicis Sports, the sports marketing division within Publicis Groupe and Publicis Media, is searching for a Director of Measurement and Analytics to join its team based in New York, NY or Chicago. This team member will report directly to the VP, Product Strategy. This position will focus on analytical and research projects for brands clients and rights holders. The focus will be in partnership analytics solutions (partnership research, valuation, measurement and evaluation) as well as advisory solutions (go to market, partnership strategy, ideation). Furthermore, the role will work along the Publics Sports consulting and sales team to find opportunities to incorporate Publicis Sports solutions into new/existing clients and create thought leadership documents for internal/external use.
This position requires a person who will be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, diligent, data-focused, and have a strong ability to work well in a team-based setting with internal and external partners. They will be expected to take ownership of clients’ projects, assume responsibility for delivering great work and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to our clients. They will also be able to lead a small team to effectively support projects for a major client and serve as a leader and role model for the division.
Responsibilities include strong project management, excellence in presentation building and delivery, as well as an in-depth understanding of sponsorship, analytics, and marketing in the sports & entertainment industry.

Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $194,220.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
