Summary:

Under the general direction of the Vice President, Mfg Data Management Services, this role manages and supports business processes, systems, and personnel involved in providing accurate data for the Product and Business Partner domains (Trade Vendor Master and Item Master) in the Enterprise Master Data System (eMDM Reltio) and SAP/S4 for Human Health units (including Wholesale, Specialty, BluePoint). It involves partnering with IT on system enhancements, standards, processes, data quality, and exception reporting, including data synchronization across systems. The position also manages data ingestion from the Cencora Supplier Portal into eMDM Reltio and SAP/S4, supporting master data processes.

This role seeks to enhance the value of enterprise information and manages data related to item master, supplier master, purchasing costs, and other information.

This position is Hybrid/Office Flex

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify data quality requirements and develop business processes for the Enterprise Master Data System (Reltio) and SAP/S4.
• Monitor supplier and item setup to ensure process efficiency, control, and compliance.
• Manage data integrity to prevent issues in ordering and purchasing processes.
• Develop and lead a community of SMEs to improve processes and tools.
• Create processes, procedures, and best practices for product management.
• Represent Global Sourcing and US Supply Chain in projects affecting managed information.
• Lead SAP/S4 system changes and documentation for the Master Data team.
• Handle exception reporting, investigate data discrepancies, and take corrective actions.
• Manage employee relations, including hiring, performance management, and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, sales, marketing, or computer sciences, with at least six years of progressive responsibility, including two years in a managerial role managing 5-10 staff.
• Possess excellent collaboration, strategic thinking, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Have an understanding of Master Data Governance and familiarity with AI/ML in MDM practices is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, communication, and team-building abilities.
