Summary:
Under general direction of the Vice President, Mfg Data Management Services, responsible for the management and support of the business processes, system and personnel involved in providing complete and accurate data for the Product and Business Partner domains (Trade Vendor Master and Item Master) in the Enterprise Master Data System (eMDM Reltio) and in SAP/S4 for the Human Health business units (including Wholesale, Specialty, BluePoint). This position partners with IT on the development and implementation of Master Data system enhancements, standards, processes, documentation, data quality processes and exception reporting including data synchronization across the different functional systems. Additionally, this role manages the ingestion process for data initiated from the Cencora Supplier Portal into both eMDM Reltio and SAP/S4, supporting the Trade Vendor Master and Item Master processes.
This position will continuously look for ways to enhance the business value of the information supporting the enterprise as well as the local ERP business and includes management of data relative to item master, supplier master, purchasing costs and other select information.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs the Master Data Management business role of identifying data quality requirements, and developing business processes designed to meet data requirements for the Enterprise Master Data System Reltio as well as the SAP/S4 system
Monitors the supplier and item set up for eMDM Reltio and SAP/S4 to ensure process efficiency, control effectiveness, and compliance with internal and external stakeholder requirements
Manages the integrity of data to prevent problems in ordering and purchasing processes that are dependent on the information
Develop, lead, mentor and maintain a community of SMEs to collaborate on proposed improvements and deepen the knowledge of the associated processes and tools
Develops processes, procedures, and best practices that enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of product management across Cencora
Represents Strategic Global Sourcing and US Supply Chain in projects across the organization involving changes impacting managed information
Leads SAP/S4 system changes, enhancements and documentation for the Master Data team
Facilitates exception reporting, researches data discrepancies and takes corrective action as needed
Responsible for all associate relations functions for department staff including hiring, terminating, performance management, development and training
Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations
Performs related duties as assigned
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires a minimum of six (6) years progressively responsible experience, including at least two (2) years' experience at a manager level as well as demonstrated ability to manage teams of at least 5-10 associates
Outstanding collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross functional input on key decisions and influence stakeholders to make decisions that maximize organization versus departmental/business unit benefits
Strong strategic thinking capability with a focus on the ability to execute strategic decisions while balancing conflicting priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop sustainable relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across an organization; ability to work with suppliers in designing and implementing solutions that yield incremental value-added solutions in the supply chain
Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to apply the appropriate tools and level of analysis to specific situations
Understanding of Master Data Governance processes and practices
Use of artificial intelligence or machine learning in MDM practices a plus
Strong leadership skills
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Proven track record for building cohesive and effective teams.
