  • Oversee the marketing tech stack, driving system integration, efficiency, and scalability
  • Own campaign measurement, budget forecasting, and channel strategy to ensure data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team, delivering consistently impactful and strategic outcomes
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles within B2B SaaS organizations
  • Deep knowledge of marketing technology platforms, campaign measurement, and lead lifecycle strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to convert data into actionable insights
  • Experience designing and scaling GTM processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across multiple teams
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation, challenging existing norms, and improving performance
  • Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with a high level of precision
