Amwins Connect (“Connect”) is conducting a candidate search looking for a Director of Marketing with experience in Group Benefits Insurance.
Connect is now one of the largest group brokerage general agencies in the US with national distribution. By combining seven of our group benefits operating companies, we have created a business with over 100+ years of experience under the Amwins’ brand, Connect houses a comprehensive collection of group benefits products available for national distribution. Products include large and small group medical for fully insured and self-funded, dental, vision, lifelong-term insurance plans, specialty and captive programs, and third-party administrative services.
Connect’s parent is Amwins Group, the largest wholesale brokerage and group insurance administrator in the world with annual placed premiums more than $40B. The Marketing Director position will report to our Vice President of Marketing for the Group Benefits Division, with a dotted line to the Division President.
Position requires marketing-based knowledge to provide our sales team and brokers with tailored employee benefit marketing solutions for fully insured, self-funded and ancillary programs across all benefit lines.
