Job summary

Artefact seeks a Director to lead marketing measurement and effectiveness for its US client portfolio, starting with a large, in-flight measurement program for a major US financial services client.

This is a player-coach role. You will own the methodology and the client relationship, lead a multi-workstream data science team, and stay close enough to the models to challenge assumptions, review code and unblock hard technical problems yourself.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing measurement, MMM, incrementality and attribution.
• Strong statistical foundation and experience with causal inference.
• Executive communication and client-facing leadership in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution and interpretation of marketing measurement programs.
• Own modeling architecture, validation and production deployment.
• Grow and mentor data scientists across multiple workstreams.
• Translate models into actionable media and budget decisions for clients.
