Job summary

Artefact North America is seeking a Director of AI & Data Science to lead marketing measurement and effectiveness for its US client portfolio, starting with a large measurement program for a major US financial services client.

You will own methodology, manage a multi-workstream data science team, and help productize measurement accelerators that scale across accounts. You’ll be in a hands-on role, challenging models and guiding senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing measurement, MMM, attribution and analytics.
• Executive-facing communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Hands-on data science with production-grade modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MMM, incrementality testing, geo-lift and attribution programs.
• Own modeling architecture, validation, calibration and uncertainty handling.
• Translate outputs into media investment decisions and scenarios.
• Build and deploy GenAI/agentic measurement apps in production.
• Grow client relationships and shape scalable measurement offerings.
