The Director of Marketing leads the enterprise marketing strategy for Heritage Distribution Holdings, strengthening the corporate brand while enabling local operating companies to execute market-specific initiatives. This role establishes brand standards, marketing governance, strategic priorities, and digital capabilities that align local marketing activity with enterprise objectives. The Director partners with operating-company leaders and local marketing teams to maximize corporate marketing investments, strengthen OEM relationships, improve customer engagement, and support profitable organic growth. The successful candidate balances enterprise consistency with regional flexibility and builds strong alignment across a decentralized organization.
Professional marketing, digital marketing, CRM, analytics, or related certifications are preferred but not required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
At least 10 years of progressively responsible marketing experience, including enterprise, multi-brand, or decentralized organizational environments.
Experience leading marketing strategy, brand governance, digital marketing, and cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units or locations.
Experience managing marketing investments, OEM or channel-partner programs, and local-market execution is strongly preferred.
