Job summary

Aon is seeking a Director of Enterprise Insights to lead the company’s cross-functional research and thought leadership efforts. You will bring together brand, research and market intelligence to shape credible viewpoints and guide client engagements on a global scale.

You will partner with senior leaders across Risk Capital and Human Capital to develop distinctive points of view and drive Aon's content strategy, supporting growth and competitive differentiation in the market.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise insights, thought leadership, strategy, research, brand, communications or consulting.
• Experience leading primary and secondary research programs and turning insights into business recommendations.
• Ability to synthesize research, data and market intelligence into distinctive viewpoints.
• Experience developing thought leadership or market positioning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aon's enterprise insights agenda and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate research and market intelligence into clear, differentiated perspectives.
• Shape and drive Aon's global content strategy across regions and audiences.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to develop distinctive viewpoints.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Marketing, Editorial, and Sales enablement to bring insights to market.
• Ensure content reaches priority audiences via search, social, events and client channels.
