The role partners with PS&E Precision Medicine, NPBD, Global MA, and inline Value, Access & Pricing teams to ensure access, evidence, testing, and payer perspectives are embedded in development and commercialization plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, or related healthcare industries with significant Market Access experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payer, provider, reimbursement, and healthcare delivery dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead across complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Access strategy for Precision Medicine and solid tumor assets; drive launch readiness.
• Embed access insights across PS&E and brand teams to shape evidence, testing, and reimbursement.
• Coordinate across Global MA, NPBD, Medical Affairs, Value & Evidence, Commercial, and Brand teams.
• Manage agency partnerships and budgets to deliver high-quality execution.
