Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Director of Business Systems & Manufacturing Applications to lead our internal business systems capability, driving execution, governance, and roadmap advisory across Epicor, Aegis, BI/reporting, and future ERP/MES platforms.

The role bridges business operations and technology, building a small internal development team to engineer AI-enabled solutions that transform data, processes, and shop-floor foundations into automation, analytics, and decision-support tools with

Qualifications

• 10+ years ERP/MES or business-systems leadership in manufacturing.
• Multi-site manufacturing with plant-level exposure.
• ERP modernization, upgrade, or migration experience.
• MES/shop-floor knowledge, preferably Aegis.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (medical, aerospace, etc.).
• Proven cross-functional process standardization.
• Vendor, systems integrator, and outsourcing management.
• Strong executive communication and decision-making.
• Hands-on depth in software development or ERP customization.
• Experience managing developers/engineers; hiring & mentoring.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead business systems strategy, roadmap execution, and governance.
• Own Epicor and Aegis roadmaps; align with production needs.
• Build and lead an AI/automation development team.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and validation plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ITAR/CUI) and data governance.
